Woke up to pooling in my laundry room, and in an hour, Alex was in my house, found the problem, and got right to work. Not only did he patch things up, but he also explained everything he was doing to make sure I had peace of mind after he left, and he did a great job cleaning up the area so it was usable again. Alex did such a great job, I've already booked him to come back for other work I'd wanted to get done.
Our kitchen sink got plugged up. We called the Pleasant Plumber in the morning and they had it fix by the afternoon. Alex was very personable, friendly and efficient. This is the second time that we've used The Pleasant Plumber and they'll be the ones we call in the future.
It’s a Saturday evening of the long weekend and we had a leak in our kitchen sink. Todd from The Pleasant Plumber was able to be at our home within 40 minutes and he fixed our sink really quickly! He was super friendly, professional and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
